Depymed

DepYmed Inc. is a New York-based company focused on the development of cancer and rare disease treatments. DepYmed is currently developing potent PTP1B enzyme inhibitors (protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B) as potential new therapies for HER2-positive breast cancer and Rett syndrome. In addition to PTP1B inhibitors, DepYmed has also developed a series of novel small molecules with copper chelation properties, which could serve as potential therapeutic agents for various diseases, including Wilson's disease and cancer. DepYmed continues to advance the development of next-generation, more effective PTP1B inhibitors and selective copper chelators and is currently collaborating with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory on preclinical development.
