As of September 28, 2006, Dauphin Technology Inc. was acquired by GeoVax Inc. through a reverse merger transaction. Dauphin Technology, Inc. did not have significant operations. Prior to December 2003, the company was engaged in the design and marketing of mobile handheld pen-based computers and set-top boxes. It intended to acquire an operating company through the reverse merger transaction.
