CytImmune Sciences is a biotechnology company that has developed a novel technology for the treatment of solid tumors. Our IO+ platform has the potential to turn hot tumors cold, remodel the tumor microenvironment, and kill cancer cells through multiple mechanisms. CytImmune’s lead therapeutic candidate, CYT-6091, is preparing to enter Phase 2 clinical trials at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Our Phase 1 trial conducted at the NCI demonstrated that the IO+ platform can deliver four times the previous maximum tolerated dose of TNF-α without observing dose-limiting side effects.
