Cypher Genomics is a genomic informatics company that develops and provides automated human genome interpretation software solutions for clinical laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and population genomics initiatives. Their automated genomic interpretation platform allows clinical laboratories to adjust Cypher Genomics' sensitivity and specificity profiles to develop molecular tests for diagnostic and prognostic purposes, as well as enabling pharmaceutical companies to discover biomarkers from whole genome sequence data of typical sample sizes in early drug development studies. Cypher Genomics was founded by Ashley Van Zeeland in 2011 and is headquartered in La Jolla, California. It has now been acquired by Human Longevity.
