Cenduit became effective in May 2007 as a joint venture between two leading clinical development and clinical supply chain organizations: Quintiles and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Both parent companies recognized the rapidly growing demand for patient randomization and drug supply management services, and seized the opportunity by establishing a dedicated IRT (IVR/IWR) solutions provider.
