Celesio AG is an international trading company that provides logistics and services in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors across 16 countries worldwide. The company operates through two segments: Patient and Consumer Solutions, and Pharmacy Solutions. The Patient and Consumer Solutions segment offers prescription and over-the-counter medications. Celesio AG was historically founded by Franz Ludwig Gehe in Dresden in 1835. Formerly known as GEHE AG, the company changed its name to Celesio AG in April 2003.
