Catellus Urban Development Corporation

Catellus Development Corporation is a real estate company spun off from the real estate holdings of Santa Fe Pacific Corporation. The company is one of the largest landowners in California. A notable asset is the Los Angeles Union Station. Catellus is responsible for many developments across the state, including the major redevelopment of Emeryville in the San Francisco Bay Area.
