Career Resources

Career Resources, Inc. was established in 1995 when it spun off from the region's Workforce Investment Board to better provide direct services. Career Resources, Inc. (CRI) was recently selected by Connecticut’s Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) to train all DMHAS staff and providers to better prepare clients for employment. It is the only nonprofit organization in the state that specifically focuses on workforce development from the perspective of disadvantaged clients, including the need for basic education, attitude preparation as provided in Stratford, and the perspective of employers.
