Capital Genomix

Capital Genomix (CGI) is a genomic company currently developing the genetic analysis platform GeneSystem320™, which provides a rapid alternative to chip technology for detailed gene expression analysis and discovery. The system is capable of analyzing virtually any gene or set of genes using a defined set of reagents, including 320 PCR™ primers. The company also offers a cDNA integrity kit, providing an accurate method to assess cDNA preparations to determine the presence of full-length and extended transcripts prior to use. Results can be obtained from any single-stranded or double-stranded cDNA synthesized from human, mouse, or rat cells and tissues.
