Arstasis, Inc., headquartered in Redwood City, California, is a medical device manufacturer dedicated to providing innovative access devices for cardiologists, interventional radiologists, staff, and patients. The company's main product, the AXERA Access Device, was launched in the United States in April 2011. The device is used in Arstaotomy™ procedures, a new method for obtaining femoral artery access, which some doctors consider to be more comfortable. It enhances the efficiency of the catheterization lab and improves the post-procedure experience for clinicians and patients.
