Axentis Pharma

Axentis Pharma AG is a Swiss-based pharmaceutical company focused on value-added anti-infectives and novel inhalation devices. Following the signing of a licensing agreement with a Japanese partner, Axentis Pharma commenced the development of AX-TOBRA, a liposome-based drug-device combination for combating chronic pulmonary and respiratory diseases, particularly cystic fibrosis. AX-TOBRA received Orphan Designations from the EU-EMA and US-FDA.
