Avipep

Avipep is developing Avibodies as improved antibody-drug conjugates for cancer therapy. Compared to traditional full-length antibodies, Avibodies are small, stable, high-affinity antibody derivatives with superior biodistribution and tumor penetration. Recent clinical trial results in cancer patients show that Avibodies can rapidly and effectively penetrate tumors and persist within them for weeks, while being quickly cleared from systemic circulation within hours.
