Avantogen is a privately held company that will continue to be known as Hawaii Biotech, Inc., with 50% ownership held by the existing shareholders of Hawaii Biotech and 50% by Avantogen Limited. The transaction has been approved by both Avantogen and Hawaii Biotech shareholders.
