Avant Diagnostics is a medical technology company based on the completion of the Human Genome Sequencing Project. Avant Diagnostics is developing specialized tests that are at the forefront of the medical testing field, such as its OvaDx® pre-symptomatic ovarian cancer screening test. At Theralink Technologies, our approach is built on over 16 years of R&D experience. Our research shows that genomic and transcriptomic information alone provides an incomplete resource for doctors to make patient-specific treatment decisions. The phosphoproteomic RPPA method is the only platform capable of quantifying the activation status (phosphorylation) of drug target proteins within tumor tissues and their downstream signaling partners. Advanced technology fully leverages our understanding of the drug receptors and drug-protein interactions that drive therapeutic responses. The Theralink assay has been developed to provide doctors with a decision-support tool for treatment, assisting in selecting therapies more likely to elicit a response. A large number of new protein biomarkers target therapeutic molecular inhibitors, including current FDA-approved therapies and certain investigational drugs, making Theralink® a valuable tool for oncologists and biopharmaceutical clinical trials.
