DARWIN BIOTECH was initially established in 2012, formerly known as Beijing Ginkgo Deji Biotechnology Co., Ltd. In 2016, the Ginkgo Deji Biotech team officially transitioned to further promote the transformation and implementation of biopharmaceutical products, becoming DARWIN BIOTECH. In 2019, the company completed its Series A financing round led by the National SME Development Fund. REBIRTH BIOTECH actively innovates in "cell biotechnology" and is one of the first biotech application companies in China focused on clinical research. The company boasts a research team that includes experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Hundred Talents Program, Tsinghua University School of Medicine, the Thai Royal College of Medicine, and the former Director of Biomedical Review at the U.S. FDA. It has deep clinical research collaborations with 3,000 well-known experts from top-tier hospitals in China; owns eight subsidiaries, six global independent intellectual property patents, 11 self-developed reserve patents, 26 joint scientific research projects, and more than 10 clinical pharmaceutical research collaborations with professional medical institutions. It has developed into a high-tech innovative biopharmaceutical company integrating industry, academia, research, and application.
