Phytera, headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, acquired the assets of Auda Pharmaceuticals ApS, an emerging combinatorial chemistry company based in Copenhagen, Denmark, in exchange for Phytera stock. Auda Pharmaceuticals was founded in 1996 and was previously owned by the Danish Development Finance Corporation and a group representing the scientific and business founders of the company.
