Bradmer Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel and innovative cancer therapies. Bradmer's lead clinical candidate, Neuradiab, was developed at the Duke University Medical Center for the treatment of an especially aggressive brain cancer, glioblastoma multiforme. Prior to the company’s establishment, over $60 million in grants and related support facilitated the research and development of the licensed treatment, which has already shown promising results in Phase I and II clinical trials conducted at Duke University involving more than 200 patients. Bradmer is currently conducting a Phase III multicenter clinical trial for the licensed treatment.
