Bioxodes leverages its deep understanding of thrombo-inflammatory events to design novel candidate products aimed at achieving anticoagulation without the risk of bleeding. Bioxodes' innovative pipeline includes a clinical-stage program focused on preventing thrombosis and neuroinflammation in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). The program’s lead candidate, Ir-CPI, demonstrates a unique mechanism of action by targeting coagulation factors (FXIIa and FXIa) and neutrophils, which are key drivers of the neuroinflammatory and thrombotic processes involved in ICH.Bioxodes has successfully completed the active phase of its first-in-human study of Ir-CPI conducted in healthy adult volunteers. Meanwhile, Bioxodes is developing a range of candidate drugs targeting chronic thrombo-inflammation and inflammatory diseases.
