Biotech Medical

Biotech Medical Corporation was established in 1994 with an initial capital of 1 million Malaysian ringgit. All shares of the company were acquired by the existing shareholders of Innovative Biotech Pte. The company was incorporated in Singapore in November 2004. In 2006, as part of Biotech Medical Corporation's expansion plan, the paid-up capital was increased to 1.7 million Malaysian ringgit. Since July 2006, Biotech Medical Corporation Sdn. Bhd. has been registered with Malaysia's Ministry of Finance as a supplier of medical laboratory machines and reagents and has obtained the status of a Bumiputera company.
