Biomune is a biotechnology company dedicated to developing a protein called Immuno-C for the treatment of intestinal diseases through the human immune system. As of November 3, 2000, Biomune Systems, Inc. was acquired by Donlar Biosyntrex Corp. through a reverse merger transaction. Prior to the acquisition, Biomune Systems, Inc. was engaged in the research, development, distribution, and sales of biopharmaceutical products, nutritional health foods and supplements, medical foods, as well as health and beauty products.
