Cape Cod Healthcare is the leading provider of healthcare services for residents and visitors of Cape Cod. Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC), with more than 450 physicians, 5,300 employees, and 1,100 volunteers, operates two acute care hospitals, is the leading provider of home care and hospice services (VNA) on the Cape, offers specialized nursing and rehabilitation facilities (JML Care Center), assisted living facilities (Falmouth Heritage), the only local laboratory services on the Cape (CCHC Laboratory Services), and numerous health programs. Our mission is to coordinate and deliver the highest quality and most accessible health services to improve the health of Cape Cod residents. We will become the preferred healthcare provider for Cape Cod residents, achieving and maintaining the highest standards of healthcare services and quality. To this end, we will collaborate with other health and human service providers and invest in the necessary medical technology, human resources, and clinical services.
