Bexion Pharmaceuticals

Bexion Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing BXQ-350, a first-in-class drug composed of the multifunctional lysosomal activator protein Saposin C and phosphatidylserine. BXQ-350 has demonstrated preclinical antitumor activity both in vitro and in vivo, particularly in the brain and other solid tumors, including tumors that may lead to brain metastases. Bexion has completed Part 1 and Part 2 of the multi-site first-in-human Phase 1 clinical study of BXQ-350 in solid tumors and gliomas. The Phase 1 Part 3 expansion cohort study is currently ongoing.
