Lexicon Specializes in Distributing Healthcare Supplemental Benefit Products as the Preferred Choice for the Senior Market. Like similar competitor marketers, LSH salespeople (referred to as consultants) have daily pre-set appointments from Tuesday to Friday, but the quality of LSH’s pre-set appointments is much higher. LSH initially trains its new consultants to sell only the most in-demand, easiest-to-sell, and simplest senior healthcare product: Medicare Supplement. After gaining experience with this product, LSH further trains its consultants to sell additional products to their existing clients, while still allowing all consultants to continue managing their daily pre-set appointments at their discretion. Moreover, once LSH consultants reach $50,000 in Medicare Supplement sales (a level typically achieved by entry-level consultants within two months), they can decide their own preferred dates and locations for pre-set appointments and may also choose to immediately take on a managerial role.
