Balchem Corporation is dedicated to the development, production, and sale of specialty performance ingredients and products for the food, nutrition, feed, pharmaceutical, and medical sterilization industries in the United States and internationally. Its Specialty Products segment provides ethylene oxide for the sterilization of medical devices; ethylene oxide blends for the elimination of bacteria, fungi, and insects in spices and other seasonings; and propylene oxide for controlling insect and microbial spoilage, as well as reducing bacterial and mold contamination in shell and processed foods.
