As part of the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Audubon is a modern six-story facility with 50,000 square feet of laboratory and office space. As the only biotechnology business incubator in New York City, Audubon provides structure and organization to promote the development of biotechnology, ensuring improvements in healthcare while fostering economic growth by establishing private sector research collaborations and creating new biomedical-related businesses. Audubon aims to serve early-stage private R&D companies in the life sciences industry.
