Autism Speaks is an autism advocacy organization that sponsors autism research and conducts awareness and outreach activities targeting families, governments, and the public. It is committed to funding global biomedical research to explore the causes, prevention, treatment, and therapeutic approaches of autism, raising public awareness of autism and its impact on individuals, families, and society, and bringing hope to all those facing the challenges of this disorder.Autism Speaks aims to bring the autism community together and urges governments and the private sector to listen to their concerns and take action to address this urgent global health crisis.
