AspirinWorks

The AspirinWorks Test is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the quantitative determination of 11-dehydro thromboxane B2 (11dhTxB2) in human urine, which helps qualitatively detect the effect of aspirin on apparently healthy individuals after ingestion. Unlike platelet aggregation tests, which require freshly drawn blood within at least 4 hours, the AspirinWorks test is performed on a random urine sample, easily obtainable in any physician's office.
