Angiocrine Bioscience, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing advanced regenerative therapies composed of engineered human endothelial cells (E-CEL cells). Angiocrine Bioscience utilizes its proprietary E-CEL platform to create multiple versions of E-CEL cells aimed at repairing damaged tissues and organs and treating severe diseases. Its lead product, AB-205, is an investigational gene-engineered cell therapy consisting of allogeneic engineered human endothelial cells (E-CEL cells). AB-205 is being developed for multiple indications and is currently under investigation in a pivotal Phase 3 registration trial.
