AnaMar AB, a Swedish drug discovery company, is developing orally bioavailable, peripherally acting 5-HT2B receptor antagonists aimed at preventing pathological fibrosis processes. The company operates in the discovery and early stages of drug development (from concept to clinical trials). This includes the invention and optimization of new drug candidates, evaluation of preclinical efficacy and safety, and finally, confirmatory early clinical studies in patients with fibrosis.
