Agendia focuses on helping improve treatment outcomes for breast cancer patients worldwide by providing doctors with next-generation diagnostic and information solutions to optimize decision-making. Our solutions harness the power of functional genomic analysis to assist physicians in guiding women throughout their patient journey, from initial diagnosis to remission and treatment, or care for recurrent and metastatic disease. We currently offer two proprietary tests: MammaPrint, a 70-gene prognostic test that stratifies the risk of recurrence for specific patients and provides a prognostic marker to help inform patient risk alongside other clinicopathological factors. BluePrint is an 80-gene molecular subtyping test that identifies the underlying biology of individual breast cancer tumors and classifies them to provide insights into their behavior, long-term prognosis, and potential response to systemic therapies. Together, these two tests form a combined platform designed to accurately classify personalized breast cancer subtypes. Clinical studies include over 30,000 patient samples and have been reported in more than 120 peer-reviewed publications.
