Alphalyse

Alphalyse Inc. was founded in 2002 as a subsidiary of ACE Biosciences in Denmark and quickly expanded to California, USA. Alphalyse primarily assists ACE in analyzing protein target discovery in infectious microorganisms, as well as the development of protein vaccines and monoclonal antibodies. However, the two co-founders, Thomas Kofoed and Ejvind Mørtz, were passionate about creating world-class protein analysis services. In 2005, they took over Alphalyse through a management buyout. Soon after, they began expanding the company's services globally.
