Allon Therapeutics

Allon Therapeutics is dedicated to the development and commercialization of drugs for central nervous system disorders. Its lead product, Davunetide intranasal, is an intranasal medication currently in Phase II clinical trials for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, cognitive impairment in schizophrenia, and frontotemporal dementia. The company is also conducting a Phase IIa clinical trial evaluating intravenous Davunetide in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery, as well as preclinical compound AL-309, which has demonstrated efficacy in animal models associated with neuropathy, Alzheimer's disease, and fetal alcohol syndrome.
