ALAPIS Group was formed through the merger of Veterin SA, Lamda Detergents SA, Ebik SA, and Elpharma SA. By consolidating the operations of these four companies into one primary entity to ensure optimal performance in each division, the new group provides opportunities for each activity to strengthen by leveraging the proprietary technologies and market penetration of the other companies. Today, the group’s growth strategy is based on the following key pillars: expansion through overseas acquisitions, investment in production and enhancement of distribution networks both in Greece and abroad, strengthening of the pharmaceutical industry with the development of generic drugs, and creation of a differentiated product portfolio.
