T1D Exchange

T1D Exchange aims to combine the best of traditional clinical and biological research with the expanding fields of health information technology and virtual community building. By providing a platform for T1D Exchange partners, it facilitates unprecedented knowledge exchange between the research community, individuals with type 1 diabetes, and their caregivers. T1D Exchange connects the entire type 1 diabetes community with efforts to accelerate research and improve healthcare for all individuals with type 1 diabetes. The idea is to replicate this model globally for other disease states.
