Imara

Imara is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and commercializing novel therapies for patients with rare inherited hemoglobin disorders. Imara is currently advancing IMR-687, a highly selective, potent small molecule inhibitor of PDE9, which is an oral, once-daily, potential disease-modifying treatment for sickle cell disease and β-thalassemia.
