Observe.AI is building a voice AI platform for call centers. Its first product, "Agent Assist," enables call center agents to perform their jobs more effectively. The platform provides agents with real-time feedback on customer sentiment and guides them on the next best actions to take during customer calls. The AI platform listens to call streams in real time, using deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) to understand context and generate suggestions and guidance for agents. They began collaborating with the world’s largest call centers in May 2017. Recently, they partnered with Talkdesk to offer Observe.AI to all of Talkdesk's customers. Backed by Nexus Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and Emergent Ventures, Observe.AI is an A-series startup headquartered in Santa Clara, California, with an office in Bangalore.
