PatientPing is a health technology company building a national network of participants who share information, coordinate care, and collaborate to get patients healthier faster. PatientPing provides real-time notifications and care guidelines to healthcare providers across China anytime, anywhere. PatientPing has also recently added two new solutions to its enterprise service collaboration suite: Callouts and Spotlights. Providers and health plans can use Callouts to enhance patient engagement and encourage participation in available programs and additional benefits. Spotlights is a real-time network performance management tool that allows providers to view dashboards to monitor network-wide usage patterns, performance trends, and interventions. The company has also introduced a COVID-19 tagging feature, which enables service providers to identify and monitor presumed COVID-19 patients' ADT data in real time through alerts via text, email, and within the PatientPing web application.
