Twinlab

Twinlab was founded in 1968 by David Blechman, who utilized his 20 years of professional expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to develop and market liquid protein supplements. Inspired by their two sets of twins, he and his wife worked out of their garage, naming the business they were building Twinlab. Sales skyrocketed, and during the 1980s, Twinlab expanded into a broader range of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and teas.
