Aptorum

Aptorum Group Limited is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and commercializing therapeutic assets to address diseases with unmet medical needs, particularly in oncology (including orphan oncology indications), autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases. Aptorum has completed two Phase I clinical trials for its small molecule drugs ALS-4 (MRSA) and the orphan drug SACT-1 (neuroblastoma) and has commercialized its NLS-2 NativusWell® nutritional product. Aptorum’s pipeline has also been enriched through: (i) establishing drug discovery platforms that enable the identification of new therapeutic assets via systematic screening of existing approved drug molecules and a research platform focused on microbiome-based treatments for metabolic diseases; (ii) as well as the clinical validation of a novel molecular-based rapid pathogen identification and detection diagnostic technology co-developed with and ongoing in collaboration with the Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore.
