OCTIMET Oncology NV is now collaborating with Shanghai Allecure Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Greater China) and DeuterOncology NV (rest of the world) to develop OMO-1 and OMO-2. OMO-1 is an orally administered, highly selective small molecule MET kinase inhibitor that has demonstrated robust single-agent and combination activity in a range of preclinical cancer models. OMO-2 is a dual MET and RAS pathway inhibitor being studied in preclinical research as a targeted therapy for lung cancer, with potential broader oncology applications when used in combination with EGFR inhibitors.
