Crescendo Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company developing conditional T cell-enhancing therapies with a particular focus on CD137 (4-1BB). Its innovative, first-in-class, best-in-class programs aim to activate tumor-specific T cells exclusively within the tumor microenvironment and not outside of it. This approach holds the promise of reducing the toxicity associated with traditional immunotherapies and leading to the proliferation of tumor-specific T cells with broad and durable anti-tumor responses. Our lead program, CB307, is a CD137 (4-1BB) x PSMA bispecific agent for PSMA-positive tumors.
