SyntheX Utilizes Synthetic Biology to Create Next-Generation Drug Discovery Platforms. Using genetically engineered circuits, we rely on intracellular drug selection rather than in vitro screening. This enables us to discover unbiased compounds with novel modes of action that can engage targets in either a competitive or allosteric manner. We have developed ToRPPIDO for discovering disruptors of protein-protein interactions (PPIs) and ToRNeDO for identifying functional molecular glues that degrade new substrates with desired E3 ligases. Within the same cell, we integrate proprietary peptide and macrocycle DNA-encoded libraries to produce and select molecules in an efficient and high-throughput manner. Our lead programs are focused on oncology.
