Sapreme Technologies BV, established in 2016 by Aglaia Oncology Fund II, has developed new technologies in the field of macromolecular therapeutics, such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) based on oligonucleotides that can treat cancer and other diseases. The company's proprietary endosomal escape platform enables access to intracellular targets with minimal toxicity, thereby improving the therapeutic window. This approach is applied to Sapreme’s internal pipeline and is also available for collaboration, not limited to any bioform or indication.
