Orangetheory® Fitness is a scientifically designed, one-of-a-kind group personal training program, divided into two phases: cardiovascular and strength training. Supported by the science of Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), Orangetheory's heart rate-based training program aims to keep participants within the target training zone of 84% to 91% of their maximum heart rate, thereby stimulating metabolism and boosting energy. Under the guidance of highly skilled coaches, each Orangetheory workout incorporates endurance, strength, and power elements through various equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX® Suspension Training, and free weights. The end result is increased energy, visible toning, and the "Orange Effect" – where participants continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours post-workout (the Orangetheory "afterburn"), with an average of 500+ calories burned per 60-minute session.
