Mogrify is a biotechnology company. MOGRIFY® is a direct cell conversion platform that utilizes transcriptomic data to determine the optimal combination of transcription factors for converting any cell type into any other cell type through enhanced forward reprogramming or transdifferentiation. EpiMOGRIFY is a cell identity platform that leverages epigenetic data to identify the optimal combination of transcription factors or growth factors required to maintain cell identity and support epigenetically defined culture media for cell conversion. Mogrify is deploying these platforms to develop scalable ex vivo cell therapies and in vivo reprogramming therapies targeting diseases with unmet clinical needs.
