Penumbra, Inc. develops clinically beneficial products to assist patients with stroke and other neurovascular diseases. It offers the Penumbra System, an ischemic stroke device platform; Penumbra Coil 400, for rapid aneurysm occlusion; 5MAX ACE, a clot extraction device used to engage and remove thrombus causing acute ischemia; and the Neuron System, a set of access catheters capable of delivering treatments to distal vessels in the brain.
