PhaseRx is a Seattle-based startup focused on the delivery of siRNA and other macromolecular therapies. The company has attracted top venture capital investors and was founded by its president, Robert Overell, Patrick Stayton, Allan Hoffman from the University of Washington, Oliver Press from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and the company’s Chief Scientific Officer, Paul Johnson. PhaseRx was conceived based on the use of novel polymer technology for siRNA delivery. The company believes that this technology also has significant applications in the delivery of other macromolecular therapies.
