Humanigen

Humanigen is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing our portfolio of monoclonal antibody immunology and immuno-oncology products. We are focused on advancing our lead product candidate, lenzilumab, our proprietary Humaneered® ("Humaneered") anti-human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor ("GM-CSF") monoclonal antibody. Lenzilumab is a monoclonal antibody that has been shown to neutralize GM-CSF in animal models. We believe this cytokine is critical in hyperinflammatory cascades, sometimes referred to as cytokine release syndrome ("CRS") or cytokine storm, associated with COVID-19, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell ("CAR-T") therapies, and acute graft-versus-host disease ("GvHD") associated with bone marrow transplantation. Lenzilumab binds to and neutralizes GM-CSF.
