Celcuity is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that can discover previously undetectable cancer drivers and develop drugs to treat them. Our comparative analysis of different drugs using live tumor cells reveals opportunities for developing first-class drugs. Gedatolisib is our potential first-class pan-PI3K/mTOR inhibitor, currently in development for the treatment of ER+/HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer patients. We hope to evaluate other indications for other tumor types.
