HiberCell is a biotechnology company dedicated to preventing cancer recurrence and metastasis. The company is composed of cancer scientists, venture capitalists, and drug developers who are leaders in their respective fields. Despite significant advances in the treatment of primary tumors, metastatic cancer remains the leading cause of mortality in solid cancers. HiberCell aims to change this reality as the first company focused on the biology and mechanisms of therapeutic modulation of tumor dormancy. To achieve this goal, we are developing first-in-class therapies targeting latent disseminated tumor cells (DTCs) in both solid and liquid cancers, with the ultimate aim of preventing or delaying cancer recurrence.
